Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish is required.
• Minimum 1+ year of customer account facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to independently negotiate contract terms and overcome pricing objections.

Responsibilities

• Identify target opportunities, manage the full sales cycle and build strategic relationships to drive retention.
• Handle requests from your book of business including support escalations and billing questions.
• Pivot account management strategy to fit customer needs.
• Advise customers to maximize value from the solution.
• Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and adoption opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams.
