Datadog in Dublin is seeking a Director, Enterprise Customer Success to lead multiple teams, mentor managers, and scale a premier customer program for strategic clients. You’ll shape customer success strategy, drive renewals, and collaborate with sales to align on growth.

You will cultivate an inclusive, hybrid work culture with strong onboarding and continuous professional development while supporting global enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years overseeing a Customer Success or Account Management team in SaaS.
• 7+ years leading a high performing team of Customer Success Managers.
• Proven track record negotiating contract terms and renewals.
• Familiarity with B2B tech or subscription software.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to your team of first line managers.
• Facilitate ramp up for all new team members, coaching them to success.
• Enable your team to handle a wide range of projects and act as escalation point.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to actualize sales strategies, develop training, and meet hiring goals.
• Oversee and build the Enterprise Customer Success department to meet strategic and operational needs as we scale.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales leaders to ensure alignment and growth across customers.
