Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage top accounts across Dublin and Paris, driving product adoption and strong, lasting relationships. You will advocate for the customer internally and coordinate with sales, support, enablement, and product teams to deliver value.

In this hybrid role, you’ll own onboarding, become a trusted advisor, and help clients meet business goals while traveling for onsite visits as required. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands.
• Willingness to travel for onsite customer visits.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
