Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Customer Success Associate to nurture long-term strategic relationships with a high volume of customers and drive adoption, renewal, and growth. You will act as an advocate for the customer internally, coordinating with support, product, finance and legal teams to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-minded and focused on long-term value
• Fluency in Turkish is required
• Driven to build a career in Customer Success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience negotiating contract terms and handling pricing objections
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role with desire to grow in CS

Responsibilities

• Identify target opportunities and manage the full success cycle with a book of business
• Handle requests including support escalations, billing questions, and enablement needs to ensure a positive experience
• Adapt account strategy to meet varying customer requirements and drive adoption
• Advise customers on how to maximise value from the Datadog product
• Monitor usage trends to spot renewal risks and drive retention
• Collaborate with internal Datadog teams (support, product, finance, legal)
