Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Senior Success Architect to own the implementation and adoption of our Agentic Marketing Platform for European customers. The role is remote from Dublin, Ireland, supporting English and German/Italian-speaking clients and collaborating with Piper, our AI SDR Agent.

You will lead onboarding, design technical integrations, and drive strategic business reviews. The position requires 5–10+ years in customer-facing software roles and Salesforce ecosystem familiarity.

Formación

• Fluent in English plus Spanish, German, or Italian.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customers end-to-end through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified platform and Piper.
• Architect solutions integrating Qualified with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle and drive renewal/expansion conversations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to incorporate customer feedback.
