Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Success Architect (Senior/Mid) to own the successful implementation and adoption of Qualified's Agentic Marketing Platform for European customers. This remote Dublin-based role will work with Piper the AI SDR Agent to transform how clients run sales and marketing.

You will lead onboarding and go-live in 30–60 days, design scalable integrations with Salesforce and GTM tools, and act as a trusted advisor to optimize renewals and expansion opportunities across the

Qualifications

5–7 years as Success Architect or 7–10+ years in Mid-Market/Enterprise software.
Fluent in English plus French, German, or Italian.
Experience in customer-facing implementation or solutions consulting.
Degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead customers end‑to‑end through onboarding, implementation and adoption within 30–60 days.
Architect integrations between Qualified, Salesforce, marketing tools and GTM systems.
Act as trusted advisor across the lifecycle, drive renewals and expansions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to feed feedback into the platform.
