Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Success Architect to own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified platform and Piper AI agent for European customers. The role is remote based out of Dublin, Ireland, supporting customers in English and additional European languages.

You will lead onboarding, architect integrations with Salesforce and marketing platforms, and guide customers through 30-60 day go-lives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation, solutions consulting, or technical CSM role.
• Fluent in English plus French, German, Spanish or Italian.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems; comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience; experience evaluated by core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers end-to-end through onboarding, implementation, and adoption within a 30-60 day go-live window.
• Architect solutions that integrate Qualified with Salesforce, marketing automation, and GTM systems; translate goals into designs and flows.
• Act as trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle; drive renewals and expansions using engagement and pipeline data.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to incorporate customer feedback into the platform.
