Job summary

Skillfinder International is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee day-to-day Transfer Agency service delivery for a portfolio of clients. The role focuses on acting as the main operational contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and SLAs, and managing queries and escalations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing client reporting, KPIs, onboarding support, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing experience within financial services.
• Background in fund administration, fund accounting, banking, custody or Transfer Agency.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating operational delivery and resolving client issues.
