Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland seeks a Client Service Manager (Senior Consultant) to deliver and oversee Transfer Agency services for a portfolio of clients. You will serve as the primary operational contact, maintain strong client relationships, and support high-quality client experiences.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant discipline and have experience in a client-focused role in financial services or banking.
• Operational experience in a Transfer Agency role is preferred, but fund accounting, fund administration or banking experience will be considered.
• Previous experience with people management (though this is an individual contributor role) and change management skills desirable.
• Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Transfer Agency Industry and Regulatory knowledge strongly preferred.
• Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills required.
• Good keyboard skills and ability to learn systems used within the business.
• Ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Ability to review and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Day to day delivery of Transfer Agency services for a portfolio of clients, coordinating with Operational Partners to meet deadlines.
• Be the face of Northern Trust to external and internal partners and maintain client service levels.
• Provide technical expertise for development of TA products and SLDS with clients.
• Lead client due diligence visits and oversee monthly KPI reporting.
• Escalate issues to management and ensure timely, accurate client communications.
• Support changes in regulations and ensure current requirements are met.
