Job summary

Skillfinder International is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee day-to-day Transfer Agency service delivery for a portfolio of clients. Qualifications

• Strong client-facing experience within financial services.
• Background in fund administration, fund accounting, banking, custody or Transfer Agency.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating operational delivery and resolving client issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational contact for clients, building strong relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services against agreed deadlines and SLAs.
• Manage client queries, service issues and escalations.
• Oversee client reporting and KPIs.
• Support onboarding, client meetings and process improvements.
