Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Client Service Manager (Senior Consultant) to lead day-to-day Transfer Agency services for a portfolio of clients in Ireland. You will act as the primary operational contact, ensure SLDs are met, manage service issues and maintain strong client relationships across internal partners and clients.

The role requires a degree in a relevant discipline, TA experience or related fund administration, and proven ability to deliver high-quality client service in a regulated

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline and experience in a client-focused role in financial services.
• Operational Transfer Agency experience preferred, or related fund administration/ banking background.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage change.
• Strong regulatory awareness and ability to interpret SLDS and client documentation.
• Excellent verbal, numeric and IT skills; able to learn internal systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of Transfer Agency services and client deliverables.
• Serve as primary operational contact, maintain client relationships and SLDS alignment.
• Lead or participate in client due diligence visits and KPI reviews.
• Oversee monthly reporting, incident vetting, and control the client incident log.
• Collaborate with Global teams to implement regulatory changes and improve processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff and coordinate client communications and presentations.
• Drive operational efficiency, resolve issues, and support risk and service quality.
