Qualifications

• Transfer Agency experience in Fund Administration or Financial Services.
• Strong end-to-end dealing process understanding.
• Ability to investigate and resolve operational queries with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned clients and support day-to-day TA Dealing activities.
• Provide operational and technical support, investigating complex queries and exceptions.
• Act as escalation point for junior team members and offshore partners.
• Oversee processing quality, accuracy and timeliness with offshore TA Dealing teams.
• Prepare and review client and operational reporting, including cash and register reporting.
