• Solid understanding of AML, transfer agency processes, and investor servicing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and internal stakeholder inquiries with timely, professional guidance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted AML/Transfer Agency contact.
• Investigate and resolve complex queries, escalations, and exceptions thoroughly.
• Support onboarding and document management, ensuring AML/regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver seamless service.
• Oversee transaction processing and quality review to meet client expectations and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality.
• Prepare and review client and operational reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Share expertise and mentor colleagues to promote learning and service excellence.
