Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliation of assigned accounts and ensure timely processing.
• Respond to queries in line with procedures and maintain service levels.
• Manage work queues and participate in team huddles/meetings.
• Support monitoring of mailboxes and resolution of reconciliations.
• Collaborate with TA partners to resolve entries and queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and procedural reviews.
• Participate in client meetings and project work as required.
• Maintain relationships with TA teams and external stakeholders.
