Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Consultant within the Transfer Agency Dealing team in Ireland. The role provides experienced technical and operational support across day-to-day dealing activities, handling client deliverables and ensuring control adherence.

You will work with a team including the Dealing Manager and Consultant to deliver high-quality service, resolve complex queries, and support process improvements while maintaining regulatory and data-protection standards.

Formación

• Experience within Transfer Agency or Fund Administration.
• Understanding of end-to-end dealing processes.
• Ability to investigate and resolve operational queries.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of assigned TA Dealing activities and meet service deadlines.
• Provide operational and technical support to the Dealing team.
• Escalate material or high-risk matters to the Consultant or Dealing Manager.
• Oversee processing quality, accuracy, and timeliness, including offshore teams.
• Monitor queues and priorities, identifying outstanding items and capacity concerns.
• Prepare and review client/operational reporting including cash and register reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and supporting documentation.
