Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Technical Coordinator for the Transfer Agency team in Ireland. You will support the Team Leader to optimize workflows, act as a subject matter expert on AML processes, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely and accurate investor documentation in compliance with AML rules.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of AML regulations, and experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML processes within funds administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AML regulatory environment and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Leader to optimize workflow and resource use.
• Handle complex activities with significant financial and client impact as SME.
• May supervise daily tasks of junior staff and ensure timely task completion.
• Ensure accuracy of investor documentation in line with AML processes.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with cross-team communication.
• Provide regular updates to line management and regional partners.
