RECRUITERS seeks a Technical Sales Manager to own a territory, drive new business growth, and manage key accounts across Ireland. You will provide technical product recommendations and build strong customer relationships while meeting revenue targets.

The role involves regular customer visits, CRM-driven activity tracking, and collaboration with marketing to support campaigns. Travel across the territory is required.

Competenze

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Experience in lubricants, oils, greases, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or related sectors advantageous.
• Commercially focused with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
