Job summary

roseyoung in Ireland & Northern Ireland is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to develop and manage customer relationships, promote machinery offerings, and hit sales targets within the territory.

You will generate leads, prepare quotations, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure accurate CRM records while collaborating with Technical, Service, and Finance teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Territory sales experience in field-based roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in machinery/engineering sector.
• Excellent organisational and time management.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell machinery and services within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and win new business.
• Generate leads through prospecting, visits, and market research.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiating terms for mutual benefit.
• Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to order and handover.
• Ensure CRM records accurately reflect opportunities and activities.
• Process orders in line with procedures and support project delivery.
• Collaborate with Technical, Service, Finance and Customer Care teams.
• Attend meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and product portfolio.
