Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the territory in Ireland. You will own the region, develop new business, manage key accounts, and provide technical, product-based sales support for a premium lubricant and industrial solutions portfolio.

You will report to the Sales & Business Development Manager and travel within the territory to visit customers, partners, and attend industry events. A strong track record in consultative selling is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify, develop and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities within your assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners.
• Deliver against agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews and business development activities.
• Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand development.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and territory updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in CRM.
• Attend industry events and training programs as required.
• Promote a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
