Job summary

Hilti Ireland seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a field-based Account Managers team, driving KPI attainment and product goals across Ireland. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent while coordinating regional meetings and launches, ensuring collaboration with the Sales Director and alignment to Hilti's strategy.

You’ll be responsible for setting priorities, evaluating ROI, and modelling Hilti's values in every interaction, with extensive training and career growth

Qualifications

• Solid and stable experience managing a field sales team.
• Experience working with a technical solution or complex product.
• Degree qualification.
• Coaching and team development experience (ideally in a matrixed environment).
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Ability to manage operational and strategic aspects concurrently.
• Full working rights in Ireland/EU.
