Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a well-established business in the lubricants and industrial products sector. You will own the territory, develop new business and increase market share while managing key accounts.

Working with a premium product portfolio, you will build long-term customer relationships, provide consultative and technical support across haulage, agriculture, marine and industrial sectors, and deliver growth through strategic account

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technical or solution sales, account management and business development.
• Strong consultative and value-selling skills with negotiation ability.
• Experience expanding new business and managing accounts in a defined territory.
• Background in lubricants, greases, oils or related technical sector is advantageous.
• Ability to travel across the territory as needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the territory.
• Build and develop a network of authorised distributors.
• Manage existing customer relationships with regular reviews.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor performance.
• Provide customers with technical advice across lubricant applications.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights with senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records, weekly call plans, and territory analysis.
• Represent the business at meetings, trade shows and events.
