Job summary

Hager Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Technical Market Manager to join the Sales department on a permanent contract reporting to the Sales Manager. You will translate technical electrical solutions into commercial value, build relationships with consultants, contractors and wholesalers, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams.

You will influence design through to project completion, develop tender submissions, and ensure solutions meet compliance

Qualifications

Commercially minded and technically proficient in electrical distribution.
Strong knowledge of standards IS 10101, EN 61439, LVD and CE compliance.
Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence others.
Proficient with Excel and CRM/ERP tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate technical electrical solutions into commercial value propositions.
Act as a technical expert across design, specification, installation and troubleshooting.
Lead and share technical expertise within the organization.
Develop and manage project pipelines including tenders and submissions.
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and key accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams.
