The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical wholesale or distribution, strong commercial sense, and excellent cross‑functional communication. On-site role with competitive salary, bonus, pension and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a sales team in a technical wholesale or distribution environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with margins, pricing and sales performance metrics.
• Proven experience managing both trade counter and office-based sales teams.
• HVAC/mechanical product knowledge or quick learning ability.
• Strong organisational skills and multi-priority management.
• Clear, practical and professional communication style.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the company values at all times.
• Lead, manage and support the sales office and trade counter teams.
• Deliver branch sales and margin targets, driving sustainable internal sales growth.
• Maintain simple, consistent sales routines, including quotation follow-up and order management.
• Work closely with BDMs to ensure a coordinated sales approach.
• Build strong relationships with Purchasing, Product Managers, the Commercial Director and Head Office.
