Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Technology Recruiter for our European Tech Hub in Dublin. You will join the European Talent Acquisition team to hire engineers, product specialists and technical experts who shape Mastercard's future.

You will own end-to-end hiring for your job families, build pipelines, and work with hiring managers across Europe to use skills-based sourcing, structured interviews, and AI-enabled tools for memorable candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology roles from start to finish, in-house or agency.
• Ability to source directly and build talent pipelines for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the Irish/European tech talent market.
• Comfort discussing technical skills with engineers and hiring managers; curiosity matters.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for your job families, from intake to offer, across Dublin and Europe.
• Lead skills-focused kick-off meetings with hiring managers to align role requirements and assessment.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines that stay open and active.
• Source and engage talent via LinkedIn, networking, events and referrals.
• Write clear, inclusive job postings focused on skills.
