Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Technology Recruiter to join the European Talent Acquisition team. You will own end-to-end hiring for tech roles, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and assessments.

You will source via LinkedIn and networks, craft inclusive postings, and use data to drive decisions while adopting new AI recruiting tools to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology roles from start to finish.
• Confident sourcing people directly and building pipelines for technical roles.
• Good understanding of the Irish and European tech talent market.
• Comfortable discussing technical skills with engineers and managers.
• Organised and able to manage several open roles at once.
• Comfortable using data to make decisions and share insights.
• Open to AI and new technology in recruiting work.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for your job families in Dublin and Europe.
• Lead skills-focused kick-off meetings with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines that stay open over time.
• Source and engage talent via LinkedIn, networking, referrals and events.
• Write clear, inclusive job postings focused on skills.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and scorecards.
• Share market insights on compensation benchmarks and skills trends.
• Track hiring data and keep stakeholders informed with updates.
• Explore new AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency.
• Support inclusive and fair hiring practices.
