Mastercard's European Tech Hub in Dublin is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Technology Recruiter) to join its Europe Talent Acquisition team. You will own end-to-end hiring for technology roles, focusing on engineers, product specialists and technical experts who shape Mastercard's future.

You will build evergreen talent pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers across Europe to deliver strong hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience recruiting technology roles end-to-end.
Confident in direct sourcing for technical positions.
Ability to talk about technical skills with engineers and hiring managers.
Comfortable using data to inform decisions and sharing insights.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end hiring for technology job families across Europe.
Lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and assessment.
Build and maintain continuous talent pipelines.
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, events, referrals and social media.
Write inclusive job postings focused on skills.
Screen candidates using structured interviews and assessment partners.
Share market insights on talent availability and compensation.
Track pipeline health, time-to-fill and diversity; adjust as needed.
Provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
Adopt AI-enabled recruiting tools and explore smarter processes.
Promote inclusive and fair hiring practices.
