Mastercard's European Technology Talent Acquisition team in Dublin is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Technology Recruiter). You will lead end-to-end hiring for engineering and technical roles across Ireland and Europe, focusing on skill-based assessments and a strong candidate experience.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and use data to drive decisions, while embracing AI-enabled tools to hire smarter and more inclusively.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology roles from start to finish.
• Ability to source candidates directly and build pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Irish/European tech talent markets.
• Comfort discussing technical skills with engineers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for job families across Dublin and Europe.
• Lead skills-focused kickoff meetings with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain ongoing talent pipelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networking, referrals and events.
• Write inclusive job postings focused on skills.
• Screen candidates with structured interviews and scorecards.
• Share market insights on compensation and talent availability.
• Track hiring data like pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Keep all stakeholders updated with clear communication.
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve hiring.
• Promote inclusive and fair hiring processes.
