Job summary

Mastercard's European Technology Talent Acquisition team in Dublin is seeking a Technology Recruiter to help hire engineers, product specialists and other technical experts who will shape Mastercard's future.

You will own end-to-end hiring for your job families across Dublin and Europe, build ongoing talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define roles, assess skills, and ensure a fair, data-driven candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technology roles end-to-end.
• Confident sourcing and building talent pipelines for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the Irish/European tech talent market.
• Comfortable discussing technical skills with engineers and hiring managers.
• Organised and able to manage several open roles at once.
• Comfortable using data to make decisions and share insights.
• Open to using AI and new technology in recruiting.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for your job families, across Dublin and Europe.
• Lead skills-focused kick-off meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and assessment methods.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines that stay open continuously.
• Source and engage talent via LinkedIn, networking, communities, referrals, events and social media.
• Write inclusive, skills-focused job postings.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and scorecards.
• Share market insights on talent availability and compensation benchmarks.
• Track hiring data and diversity metrics to keep hiring moving.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates.
• Explore AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency.
• Promote inclusive and fair hiring practices.
