Job summary

Mastercard's European Tech Hub in Dublin is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Technology Recruiter) to help hire engineers, product people, and technical experts who will shape Mastercard's future.

The role focuses on a group of related technology families, uses skills-based screening, builds pipelines, and collaborates with hiring managers across Europe, using AI-enabled tools to improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology roles end to end.
• Sourcing talent directly and building pipelines.
• Familiarity with Irish/European tech market.
• Comfort explaining technical skills to engineers and managers.
• Strong organization and multi-role management.
• Data-driven decision making and insights.
• Open to AI and new recruiting technologies.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS (helpful).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for Europe tech job families across Dublin and beyond.
• Lead kickoff meetings to define role requirements and assessment methods.
• Build and maintain ongoing talent pipelines for job families.
• Source and engage talent via LinkedIn, networks, events, referrals.
• Write inclusive job postings focused on skills.
• Screen candidates using structured interviews and scorecards.
• Share market insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Track hiring metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Employ AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and fairness.
