MarketStar is seeking a data-driven Talent Recruiter for our Dublin office, with a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, source top talent, and ensure a world-class candidate experience in a hybrid Dublin environment.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to drive growth, leveraging ATS tools (Workday) and diverse sourcing channels. Competitive compensation and health benefits are provided.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
• Ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates via diverse channels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in ATS software; Workday experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment-related legal requirements and best practices.
• Experience creating effective recruitment strategies with managers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entirety of the recruitment process from posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Source, engage, and network potential candidates across multiple channels.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and client stakeholders to align profiles with needs.
• Post requisitions promptly and maintain data integrity in ATS.
• Own the candidate experience from application to employment and provide weekly updates to managers.
