Job summary

Citco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 Month FTC in Dublin – hybrid arrangement. You will partner with internal clients to design hiring strategies, source across functions, screen candidates, and drive quality hires while tracking KPIs.

You will leverage social media, market data, and salary benchmarks to advise on offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience, with robust ATS updates and global TA project involvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced recruitment role across multiple functions/geographies.
• Able to adapt to changing vacancy volumes and shifting priorities.
• Able to coach hiring managers and negotiate offers with market data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to understand needs.
• Source and build talent pipelines using online resources, events, and campus recruitment.
• Screen candidates against role specs and competencies for best-fit hires.
• Deliver recruitment metrics while maintaining quality of hire.
• Provide superior service to stakeholders and candidates with effective management.
• Proactively use social media to enhance sourcing and employer brand.
• Map talent against competitors to identify potential hires.
• Network within industry to benchmark practices and differentiation.
• Advise on starting salaries and offer details with local HR.
• Keep ATS data updated and report hiring trends and outcomes.
• Participate in global talent acquisition projects.
