Job summary

SEI in Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive end-to-end recruitment for both contingent and permanent roles across the business.

You will partner with the Recruitment Manager, manage relationships with hiring managers and external agencies, maintain recruitment data, and ensure compliant processes while supporting a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the Funds Industry.
• Experience building relationships with Heads of Business.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Workday or comparable).
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Degree level or equivalent preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment management for contingent and permanent roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment firms.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide MI data for reporting.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interview scheduling with managers.
• Draft and review employment contracts and new starter documentation.
• Ensure recruitment processes and approvals are followed and compliant.
