Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month FTC to support end-to-end recruitment for contingent and permanent roles across the business.

You will build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external agencies, manage recruitment trackers and provide MI data for reporting, while ensuring compliant and timely processes. Hybrid work model and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the Funds Industry
• Ability to build relationships with Heads of Business and hiring managers
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday or similar ATS

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for contingent and permanent roles.
• Manage recruitment master tracker and provide MI data for reporting.
• Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to fill roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Draft and review job descriptions and employment contracts.
• Post roles on Workday and job boards and maintain postings.
