Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Employee Success HR team in Ireland. You will manage candidate scheduling, logistics, and communications to deliver a smooth interview and offer process for our multi-time-zone candidates.

In this role you’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and apply data-driven insights to optimize workflows across Workday, Slack and Google Suite in a hybrid, 3-days-per-week office setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting logistics including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, offer letter generation, and background checks.
