Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the first impression of the company and work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an optimal candidate interview experience. This role supports our global team with scheduling requests and changes, while maintaining recruitment data and initiatives.

We operate in a hybrid model with Dublin offices; you will be expected to be in the office in Dublin at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and prioritisation and multi-tasking skills.
• Affinity for improving and caring for the candidate experience.
• Proficiency in multiple tools and systems: GSuite, Microsoft office and applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with scheduling, recruiting and HR Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Candidate FYI, Slack, Claude)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, including candidate communication, interview panel coordination, and room booking.
• Open, organise, and maintain recruitment data in our ATS; generate reports and provide data insights.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate in-person / on-site interviews, including greeting candidates and preparing interview spaces.
• Post job openings on job boards and Fin's careers page; ensure descriptions are up-to-date.
• Maintain recruitment documents, templates, prep guides, and processes; assist with events and campaigns.
• Represent Fin’s mission, vision and values to attract AI-enthusiasts for the future of customer service.
