Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting or HR coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and urgency.
• Supporting the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking.
• Facilitating onsite events, case studies, and candidate assessments with poise and attention to detail.
• Serving as the primary candidate contact to ensure a high-touch, white-glove experience.
• Tracking candidate progress and data integrity in the ATS and other project tools.
• Driving operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
• Collaborating with global team members to ensure consistent best practices and candidate experience.
• Partnering with recruiters on pipeline management, branding, and diversity initiatives.
• Supporting campus and experienced-hire events, both virtual and in-person.
• Contributing to cross-functional initiatives advancing the firm's Human Capital priorities.
