Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator for our Dublin-based Experienced Hires team. In a fast-paced, hybrid role, you will manage end-to-end interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and stakeholder communication to deliver a seamless hiring experience.

You will coordinate high-volume schedules across time zones, host candidates on-site, maintain ATS data hygiene, and support diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated recruitment coordination in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in Financial Services or Technology is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and calendar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume, complex interview schedules across multiple time zones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and senior internal stakeholders throughout the selection process.
• Manage job postings, ATS data hygiene, and offer documentation.
• Host candidates on-site and ensure a premium, polished candidate experience.
• Support talent acquisition projects and diversity initiatives as needed.
