You will manage scheduling, onboarding, and campus recruiting events to build a solid foundation for a long-term Talent Acquisition career.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or a related coordination-heavy role.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in ATS and HR systems with attention to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for career fairs and campus recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics across all open requisitions.
• Manage the new-hire process end to end, including offer paperwork and onboarding.
• Coordinate career fairs and campus recruiting events, including logistics and on-site attendance.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with requisition setup and status updates.
• Develop toward ownership of a portfolio of high-volume requisitions over time.
