Job summary

KKR is seeking a recruiting coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team, driving end-to-end logistics and a seamless candidate experience across time zones. You will partner with recruiters and stakeholders to manage interviews, communications, and feedback while maintaining data integrity in our ATS and project systems.

The role requires 4+ years in recruiting/HR coordination, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, confidential, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and urgency.
• Support full interview lifecycle including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking.
• Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and assessments with poise and attention to detail.
• Serve as primary candidate contact, delivering a high-touch experience reflecting KKR’s culture of excellence.
• Track candidate progress and maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and PM systems.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure best practices and consistent candidate experience.
• Partner with recruiters on pipeline management, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
• Support campus and experienced-hire events both virtual and in-person.
