Job summary

KKR is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional in Dublin to lead and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes within a fast-paced team. You will manage multiple time zones, coordinate the full interview lifecycle, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience that reflects KKR’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in recruiting or HR coordination in a corporate/financial services environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to juggle priorities.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or ATS is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and urgency.
  • Support the full interview lifecycle including scheduling, logistics, and feedback tracking.
  • Coordinate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates, delivering a high-touch experience reflecting KKR's culture.
  • Maintain data integrity in the ATS and other project management systems.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with global team members to align best practices and candidate experience.
  • Support recruiters on projects like pipeline management and employer branding.

Position Overview

KKR seeks a highly motivated, proactive, efficient, and resourceful individual to join the firm’s Talent Acquisition team. This person will play a key role in executing and optimizing our end-to-end recruiting process as part of an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about talent acquisition and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Supporting the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking
  • Facilitating onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments with a high level of poise and attention to detail
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch and white-glove experience that reflects KKR’s culture of excellence
  • Tracking candidate progress and maintaining data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and other project management systems
  • Driving operational excellence by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing scalable, tech-enabled solutions
  • Collaborating with global team members to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experience
  • Partnering with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management, employer branding, and diversity recruiting initiatives
  • Supporting the execution of campus and experienced hire events, both virtual and in-person
  • Contributing to cross-functional initiatives that advance KKR’s Human Capital priorities
Ideal Experience & Critical Competencies For Success
  • ~4+ years of experience in recruiting, or HR coordination roles, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with Greenhouse (or other ATS platforms) preferred, but not required
  • Collaborative and active contributor, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, team-oriented culture
  • Impressive attention to detail and exceptional follow-through skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Takes initiative to identify and resolve potential issues before they escape, consistently improving team efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality at all times
