The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for owning and maintaining the Busbar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, ensuring accurate, controlled, and production-ready designs throughout the full product lifecycle. This role provides immediate response to design-related production issues, and drives Design for Manufacturability improvements to support safety, quality, and efficiency. This generally leads to higher complexity and variation for departments supporting this product family. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a fast-paced environment that fosters problem-solving and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principles & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
