Vertiv in Burnfoot, Ireland, seeks a Program Manager NPDI Busbar LOB to lead cross-functional new product development and sustaining projects. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, and sales to optimize time to market, cost, and schedules.
The role requires strong communication, risk management, and experience with waterfall project management methods in a manufacturing setting. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Programme Management- NPDI.

The Program Manager is responsible and accountable for the cross-functional co-oridnation and completion of new product development and sustaining projects. These projects range in complexity that span functions, organizations, geographic regions, and cultures. The Program Manager coordinates the efforts of engineering, offering management, manufacturing, procurement, quality, order fulfillment, logistics, service, marketing, sales and other cross functional groups to optimize time to market while monitoring project and product cost, schedule and resources. The Program Manager must build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with project stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization, to ensure success of the projects.
