JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for managing the Product Lifecycle for Switchgear design. Switchgear is primarily an Engineered-To-Order (ETO) product, which means each customer order is specifically engineered for each customer. This generally leads to higher complexity and variation for departments supporting this product family. This position is ideal for individuals who are searching for a fast-paced environment with a mix of product design and manufacturing support.
