Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, covering engineering, manufacturing and operational roles across the EMEA region. You will build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, HR and senior stakeholders to drive effective hiring decisions and outcomes.

You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, and manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an excellent candidate

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within corporate or in-house settings.
• Ability to recruit across engineering, manufacturing and operational roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and hire.
• Recruit across technical, engineering, manufacturing and operational positions.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers, HR and senior stakeholders.
• Advise and influence stakeholders to drive timely hiring decisions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialist roles and hard-to-fill positions.
• Proactively identify and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate workflows in Workday.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
