Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting, to own the product vision and roadmap for contracting technology across the EMEA region. You will translate regional needs into tech outcomes and partner with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead Agile delivery, drive AI/automation initiatives, and ensure compliance across contracting and pricing platforms while engaging senior stakeholders and aligning with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management, product ownership, or commercial IT roles, including ownership of enterprise applications.
• Experience with enterprise commercial systems (e.g., contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP, tender management, and bid management systems).
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting processes, pricing governance, and translating complex business needs into technology solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams via influence without direct authority.
• Experience operating in regulated environments ensuring compliance, data privacy, and legal standards.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for EMEA contracting technology solutions.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Commercial, Pricing, and Tender Management teams to support tender lifecycles.
• Ensure end-to-end contract lifecycle solutions meet business needs and policy standards.
• Lead Agile delivery with planning, reviews, and high-quality releases.
• Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms for pricing, engagement, and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and scalable integrations across contracting and pricing systems.
• Manage dependencies and risks across regional/global initiatives; resolve delivery/compliance issues.
• Monitor product performance via KPIs and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Champion Credo and Leadership Imperatives in collaboration and innovation.
