Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed-term contract to lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across engineering, manufacturing and operational roles.

You will build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HR, advise on hiring decisions, develop targeted sourcing strategies and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels while managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate or in-house settings.
• Experience recruiting in engineering/manufacturing/technical environments.
• Experience sourcing for data centers, HVAC, mechanical/electrical engineering, construction, or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for specialist talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Resilient and confident under competing priorities.

• Recruit across a range of technical, engineering, manufacturing and operational positions.

• Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate workflows within Workday.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
