Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP in Ireland is seeking a Technology Recruitment Lead to build and lead the EMEA technology recruitment function. You will shape strategy, partner with senior technology stakeholders, and drive end-to-end talent delivery across multiple regions.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching a high-performing team, optimizing sourcing, delivery, and candidate experience, and representing Susquehanna at industry events to attract top engineers and technologists.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in regional/global recruitment with technology focus.
• In-house recruiting experience with 3+ years coaching and leading a team.
• End-to-end recruitment across software engineers, developers and technicians.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional talent, candidate experience and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading recruitment in fintech or fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the EMEA technology recruitment strategy across stakeholder management, pipeline quality, candidate experience and delivery.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team; coach, mentor, and set clear goals with regular performance conversations.
• Own end-to-end technology recruitment processes from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with HR and Business partners to deliver the EMEA workforce plan.
• Use data to assess pipeline health, identify bottlenecks and guide sourcing/offer decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape employer branding for the region.
• Represent Susquehanna at industry events and engage future technology talent.
• Build sourcing strategy and high-quality pipelines aligned to needs.
• Advise EMEA technology leaders on hiring priorities and talent availability.
• Drive cross-region consistency in recruitment strategy and candidate experience.
