Susquehanna International is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Lead to manage and grow the EMEA recruitment function for technology roles. You will partner with senior technology stakeholders across the business and collaborate with global recruiting leads to align with business priorities.

The role is hands-on leadership, responsible for strategy development, process ownership, and building high-quality talent pipelines to support Susquehanna's technology priorities in the EMEA

Formación

• 7+ years in regional/global recruitment with a strong technology focus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the EMEA technology recruitment strategy across stakeholders and delivery.
• Lead and develop the team; coach, mentor, and set goals.
• Own end-to-end technology recruitment processes from sourcing to offer management.
• Apply data insights to improve pipeline health, sourcing and candidate experience.
• Partner with Marketing to shape employer branding for the region.
• Represent Susquehanna at industry events to engage future talent.
• Collaborate with EMEA technology leaders on hiring priorities and talent availability.
