Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, covering engineering, manufacturing and operational roles across the EMEA region. You will build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, HR and senior stakeholders to drive effective hiring decisions and outcomes.

You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, and manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an excellent candidate

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within corporate or in-house settings.
• Ability to recruit across engineering, manufacturing and operational roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and hire.

• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate workflows in Workday.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

What You will do

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through to offer and hire.
• Recruit across a range of technical, engineering, manufacturing and operational positions.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR and senior stakeholders.
• Confidently advise, challenge and influence stakeholders to drive effective and timely hiring decisions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.

• Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in end-to-end corporate or in-house recruitment.
• Previous recruitment experience within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.
• Experience recruiting within data centres, HVAC, mechanical or electrical engineering, construction, industrial manufacturing or mission-critical infrastructure would be highly advantageous.
• Strong experience recruiting technical, engineering and/or operational talent across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly when working with senior and demanding stakeholders.
• A confident and resilient approach, with the ability to manage strong personalities and competing priorities.
• Strong direct sourcing capability and experience building pipelines for specialist talent.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; Workday experience would be advantageous.
