Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance.
• 10+ years procurement experience in global manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Strong experience in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and project-based procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement strategy development.
• Oversee sourcing and category management across direct materials and subcontractors.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance, supply continuity, and risk management.
• Lead procurement activities on major projects from concept to scale-up.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
• Develop and coach a high-performing procurement team.
• Deliver cost savings and value using total cost of ownership approach.
• Represent procurement in governance and leadership forums, ensuring compliance and stakeholder engagement.
• Utilize ERP and procurement systems to monitor spend and supplier performance.
